Interactive Drama

Interactive drama erases “the fourth wall” that separates actors from the audience. Instead of simply “seeing” a performance, you step into the story and become part of it.

Every reaction or decision from the audience shifts the direction of the dialogue. This means two performances are never exactly alike, and the outcome depends entirely on how participants engage with the characters and with one another. It’s a good reminder that communication is not about watching something unfold, but playing a part in how it progresses.

When we treat conversations at work like co-created experiences, we unlock the potential for deeper connection by shaping the story together.
