Critical Conversations launched at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (copy)

This week, Alejo launched the inaugural Critical Conversations program at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Our team gathered with 20 leaders from across the system to work on their most consequential conversations — performance feedback, career coaching, succession planning, project-based conflict, etc. — through a series of interactive exercises, scripted drama, and enhanced role play. We laughed, we learned, we flexed new muscles. This is a three-workshop program, with virtual coaching sessions in between, so we’ll really be able to make some deep connections, build new habits and launch positive feedback loops.
